About us
At Serco, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of roadworthiness for our commercial vehicle fleet. We are currently seeking a skilled Workshop Mechanic to join our small team in Derbyshire. This role involves repairing, maintaining, and inspecting all Serco commercial vehicles within our fleet maintenance facilities, in accordance with the Driver Vehicle and Standards Agency “Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness”.
About you and the role
We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team and play a key part in keeping our fleet safe, and reliable. This is a hands-on role where you’ll use your expertise to carry out inspections, identify and repair faults, and ensure all vehicles meet Driver Vehicle and Standards Agency (DVSA) standards.
