Aka Recruitment are currently working with a family run business to bring you this People Advisor role. This is a fantastic, varied position working closely with the HR Advisor on all things employee related. This is a full time permanent position, working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Travel might be involved due to supporting different branch managers. Salary for this role is between £29-32k depending on experience
Job Duties Include:
- People Advisor you will provide support to the business at all its sites.
- Providing advice on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective management.
- Managing employee relations, handling conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Implementing best practices to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Working flexibly and adapting to changes.
- Continuously improving how we deliver our services.
Requirements:
- 2 years Experience in the HR Advisor level
- Knowledge of internal/External HR Systems
- Full clean licence and car
- High Attention to detail
- CIPD Qualifications are advantageous but not essential
Working within a busy automotive business, you will be a supportive member of the HR team helping with employee relation duties as well as supporting branch managers on any other issues. Those with strong admin experience may also be considered for the role again depending on attention to detail and experience.
