<\/p>An exciting
opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an
experienced Security Officer to join our established security team
as a Multi -Site Officer covering a number of assignments within
Derby and surrounding areas. You will
be required to provide a high level of customer
service to visitors to the site, complete patrols and
remain vigilant at all times.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>The successful
candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum. <\/span>You will need to be
flexible and ready to cover different sites as required,
demonstrating the initiative to adapt to each site’s individual
needs. A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is
essential.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Duties include:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Protecting
the client’s property, people and/or assets by providing
security services in direct accordance with the sites
published Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and
site -specific procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Preventing
losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing
offenders of policy and procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Preventing and
escalating incidents in a timely, accurate and appropriate
manner to the Control Room/ Shift Manager/Operations
Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious
incidents<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Completing
reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and
surveillance activities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Maintaining
organisation's stability and reputation by complying with
legal requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Contributing to
team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Acting as a
first line support to customers and visitors to site,
providing a professional and friendly service<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Understanding
the needs of our customer, respond accordingly to
customer queries and requests and take appropriate
action<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Maintaining
professional conduct at all times<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Full
5 -year employment or education checkable history<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/li>- Valid
frontline SIA licence DS or SG<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Valid UK Driving
Licence with access to a vehicle<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/li>- Customer
Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a
correct manner<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Flexible to
meet the job requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent
communication skills both written and
verbal<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Smart
appearance and be well -groomed<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Reliable and
