Company Shop Group (part of Biffa Waste) is the largest commercial redistributor of surplus food and household products in the UK, enabling some of the biggest retailers, manufacturers, food service and logistics providers to unlock value from surplus stock, which may have otherwise gone to waste. This isn’t your typical L&D role. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, experiment, and push boundaries – whether that’s through interactive tools, energising workshops, or fresh digital content. What You’ll Do:

• Design with Impact – Create dynamic workshops, digital modules, bite-sized videos, and fun, impactful methods that make knowledge stick.
• Spot the Gaps – Partner with managers to uncover development needs and turn them into exciting opportunities.
• Keep it Fresh – Craft materials that are fun, modern, and always true to our culture and values.
• Measure Success – Track progress through feedback, results, and performance uplift.
• Facilitate with Flair – Deliver sessions that energise and inspire.

Hybrid role: 3 days based onsite and 2 days Working from home.

Hours: 08:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
