Join the revolution at boohooMAN, where we don’t just follow trends - we set them. As a global powerhouse in menswear, our collections and campaigns are making waves across the fashion world. Our mission? To become the number one streetwear brand worldwide. We are always pushing boundaries to keep our products on point and ensure our customers’ style is locked down.

As a Junior Merchandiser, you are responsible for planning & trading your own department and driving your own sales. You will work with a Merchandiser to ensure the necessary controls are in place to maximise business performance to ensure we have the right product, at the right time, in the right place and in the right quantities.

You’ll be joining a team that thrives on data, collaboration, and constant movement. From analysing sales performance and forecasting demand, to building ranges and trading categories, you’ll be hands-on in decisions that directly impact commercial success. The boohooMAN team is bold, reactive, and thrives on staying one step ahead of the competition - and you'll be right at the heart of it.

What you’ll do

As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll:

  • Manage your own product category, driving sales, profitability, and stock performance.
  • Analyse and act on trading performance, making decisions on rebuys, pricing, and stock levels.
  • Own the WSSI, forecasting demand, margin, and stock cover.
  • Lead on test-and-repeat models to optimise trade.
  • Prepare and present trading reports in weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Work closely with Buying, Design, QC, and suppliers to deliver results.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Take a strategic approach to category growth, aligning with overall brand goals.
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Merchandiser in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the confidence to work to tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Commercial awareness, business acumen, and a good eye for fashion trends.
  • A confident communicator and true brand ambassador.
Why join us?

Our values are at the heart of everything we do:

  • Be Brave - Take risks, share ideas, and embrace change.
  • Be Creative - Innovate, evolve, and always look for better ways of working.
  • Be a Community - Collaborate, support others, and champion sustainability and ethical practice.

We’ll support your development through ongoing learning opportunities and give you the chance to make a real impact within a business that values passion, innovation, and community spirit.

✨ If you’re ambitious, commercially driven, and ready to take the next step in your merchandising career, we’d love to hear from you!
