Healthcare Trainer - Bradcare Ltd - Based in Swadlincote

The Role<\/b>
<\/p>

We are looking for a kind, caring, professional, and dedicated Trainer to join our Swadlincote team. The role involves:
<\/p>

• Delivering in house training to current and new staff members, including initial induction
  <\/li>
• Providing support, guidance, and supervision to new and current care staff throughout training sessions
  <\/li>
• Being a role model for staff and assisting in their initial and ongoing development
  <\/li>
• Supporting the business with community care work, as and when required
  <\/li>
• Using new technologies, contributing to the development of training courses, and delivering training using AI supported tools and PowerPoint presentations<\/span>

    Requirements<\/b>
    <\/p>

    To succeed in this role, you must:
    <\/p>

    • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in health and social care sector, specifically in home care / domiciliary care
      <\/li>
    • Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a trainer
      <\/li>
    • Hold a recognised Train the Trainer qualification
      <\/li>
    • Have a NVQ L2 in Health & Social Care and willingness to complete L3
      <\/li>
    • Hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle
      <\/li>
    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
