Ecommerce Executive - France

We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join our European team, focusing on France. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital professional who wants to further develop their ecommerce skills and support our growth. You will have an understanding of the different marketing channels and support the wider team with day-to-day activities while helping to optimise our online presence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the team in producing regular Ecommerce reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and Google Search Console.
• Assist with daily website operations including product uploads, translations, blogs, SEO content updates, and site campaigns.
• Help with the execution of brand and trading activities across the website.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve the website experience and conversion rates.
• Conduct competitor research to support brand growth in the French market.
• Support the Ecommerce team with keyword research, market research, and site audits to improve organic performance.
• Assist in the planning and creation of monthly CRM campaigns.
• Help monitor performance and highlight trends or insights to the wider team.

Skills, knowledge & expertise:

• Must be fluent in French, with good understanding of French consumer behaviours.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical, and comfortable creating reports.
• Ability to think both creatively and commercially to support strategy planning.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to support multiple tasks.
• Passion for beauty
• Experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
