Non Executive Director

Beauty Tech Group plc (TBTG) is newly listed on the London Stock Exchange (October 2025) and proud winner of New Company of the Year at the plc Awards. We are seeking an experienced Non‑Executive Director to join our Board as we scale our international consumer beauty technology business.

Key Requirements

• Remuneration Committee experience: minimum 12 month’s experience on a Remuneration Committee, ideally including time as Chair.
• Board experience: proven NED track record (minimum of two roles) across mid‑market or FTSE 350 boards or international equivalent.
• Time commitment: plural in nature so ensuring adequate availability to support TBTG plc.

Highly valued experience

• Consumer‑branded tech, retail, or digital consumer sectors.
• Prior Committee Chair experience.
• Strong C‑suite network across retail/wholesale, ideally with international exposure.

Personal qualities

• Strong cultural alignment to TBTG’s values and a collaborative, coaching style.
• Strategic thinker, commercially minded and pragmatic.
• Sound judgement on remuneration and incentive design.
• Calm authority and presence with personal credibility.
