Role Overview<\/b>
<\/h2>

As a Full -Time Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals living in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:
<\/p>

• Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and supporting personal hygiene with dignity and respect
  <\/p><\/li>

• Assisting with meal preparation, shopping, and light household tasks
  <\/p><\/li>

• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  <\/p><\/li>

• Prompting or administering medication according to care plans
  <\/p><\/li>

• Observing and reporting any changes in wellbeing to the office or on -call team
  <\/p><\/li>

• Travelling within Swadlincote (fuel allowance provided)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Working full -time<\/b> hours, including some weekdays and weekends as part of a rota
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements<\/b>

  • Full UK driving licence
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Access to your own vehicle
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Availability for full -time hours, including participation in a rota
    <\/p><\/li>

  • A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Unqualified Carers:<\/b> £12.65–£19.80 per hour
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Qualified Carers (Level 2+):<\/b> £13.10–£21.30 per hour
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • 35p per mile fuel allowance
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Full in -house training and induction in Swadlincote
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Shadowing shifts before independent work
        <\/p><\/li>

      • A friendly, supportive team environment
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Consistent hours and a structured rota
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
