As a Full -Time Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals living in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and supporting personal hygiene with dignity and respect
<\/p><\/li>
Assisting with meal preparation, shopping, and light household tasks
<\/p><\/li>
Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
<\/p><\/li>
Prompting or administering medication according to care plans
<\/p><\/li>
Observing and reporting any changes in wellbeing to the office or on -call team
<\/p><\/li>
Travelling within Swadlincote (fuel allowance provided)
<\/p><\/li>
