Commis Chef

The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking a Commis Chef to join the Kitchen team

• Are you passionate about food?
• Do you have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude?
• Are you keen to get involved in all aspects of the Kitchen and learn?

• Food Preparation experience
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to cover a variety of tasks in the kitchen including cleaning
• Ability to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends

 The Copthorne Hotel Manchester sits peacefully on the attractive Salford Quays waterfront and is within easy reach of MediaCityUK. The hotel offers modern guest rooms with a choice of Standard, Club or Suite accommodation. The Clippers Brasserie offers a traditional menu with views over Salford Quays. The Clippers Bar serves hearty pub food throughout the day with pre-dinner and pre-match drinks available
