About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Change Manager to drive adoption and maximise value from our AI Transformation Programme with a major local government client. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the human side of AI transformation, ensuring our cutting-edge solutions are successfully adopted and deliver maximum value to council services and residents. Working closely with project managers, technical leads, and client stakeholders, you'll develop and implement comprehensive change strategies that address the cultural, process, and organisational impacts of AI implementation.
