LSH Auto is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring the accurate processing of warranty paperwork for vehicles serviced at our dealership. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Hours 40

Salary £30,515

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing warranty claims promptly and accurately
  • Reviewing and verifying documentation for warranty compliance
  • Communicating with manufacturers and service departments regarding warranty claims
  • Maintaining accurate records of warranty transactions
  • Assisting in the resolution of warranty-related enquiries from customers and staff
  • Staying updated on warranty policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in warranty administration or a related role in the automotive industry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems related to warranty processing
