Purpose of the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the 4th & Reckless team in a key role focused on driving our social media presence on our Instagram Channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing high-quality content across our Instagram channel for both organic and paid. As well as the day-to-day management of our Instagram platform. They will play a crucial role in tracking performance, staying ahead of trends and algorithm updates, and ensuring our community remains at the heart of everything we do. This person will work closely with, and provide support to, The Social Lead, contributing to brand awareness, producing high-end creative content, and enhancing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Management of our Tik Tok Channel - Supporting with the management of our Tik Tok channel, including community management as well as planning content.
● Create engaging social content for both our organic & paid social channels. Ensuring this is inline with the overall brand identity, whilst also creating fresh content to maximise reach, engagement and customer acquisition.
● Content editing, both short & long-form videos and static content for both feed and stories.
● Staying up to date with current trends, themes, algorithm and platform changes and updates to ensure that we are always at the forefront. Consistently thinking of creative and outside of the box ideas to implement across social media to engage and grow our audience.
● Nurturing and growing our online community, ensuring that community management is always at the forefront and that we have a consistent two way conversation with our audience.
● Working with the brand & marketing team to ensure seamless & innovative Campaign execution.
● Working closely with the Collaborations team to ensure that we are maximising all influencer content and opportunities.
● When needed supporting with content creation at brand events and activations to showcase the brand to a high standard, driving reach and brand awareness.
● Regular weekly and monthly reporting and tracking to ensure that we are achieving our KPI’s and using the results to inform our strategy going forward.
● Consistently working towards key objectives to increase our social engagement and overall reach, boost our following and build an online community.
Skills
● A passion for social media with a strong understanding of each platform and their specific niche with a focus on Instagram
● Strong content creation and editing skills, must be confident in capturing content independently to a high standard
● A proactive and self-motivated attitude, able to work independently
● Commercially aware, consistently staying up to date with emerging social media trends and platform updates
● A creative eye, consistently thinking of new exciting outside of the box ideas that align with the brand
● Enthusiastic, positive, and aligned with our brand values and voice
● A good strong understanding of social media reporting metrics
● Creative as well as analytical and comfortable producing in-depth reports
● Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
● The ability to work under pressure and within a fast paced environment
● Experience In a similar social media based role is beneficial but not essential
● Educational background within fashion, marketing or a relevant topic is beneficial but not essential
● Organised and detail-oriented, must be comfortable managing spreadsheets, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Strong understanding of all social media platforms, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current influencer trends.
● Familiar with using Microsoft Office and social media management platforms is beneficial but not essential.
