You’ll be the driving force behind our Technical team, ensuring that every operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and with precision. From supporting engineers to mastering data entry and handling customer queries—you’ll be a central hub of support that keeps everything moving forward.

💪 What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact—handling technical calls and connecting customers to the right experts.
• Monitor technical email enquiries and keep our engineers armed with everything they need to tackle the day.
• Own the data entry process—turn plans and specifications into seamless schedules that help our teams stay on track.
• Use our CRM (Keylink) to log new enquiries, track quote progress, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Ensure quotes are filed, tracked, and completed, with accurate follow-up to our valued customers.
• Help the team stay competitive by benchmarking prices and supporting on special product quotes.
• Dive into drawings (training provided!) and build your technical know-how.
• Run reports, support engineers, and provide top-tier technical and admin support with a smile.
• Provide product comparisons and become a go-to guru for both internal teams and customers.
