Job Description

• Lead & Inspire – Motivate, coach and develop your team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver brilliant service and smash sales targets.
• Customer First – Create a store where every customer gets expert advice, a personal touch, and leaves excited about their next ride.
• Own Your Store – Manage stock, keep the store looking sharp, and make sure products are showcased in the best way.
• Drive Performance – Set the pace on sales, track results and put plans in place to exceed goals.
• Grow Your Team – Train your staff on product knowledge, cycling trends, and customer service skills.
• Keep It Safe – Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for both your team and customers.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (cycling, outdoor sports or lifestyle brands is a big plus!)
• A genuine passion for bikes and the cycling lifestyle
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and get the best from your team
• Confident communicator who thrives on customer interaction
• Sales-focused mindset with a proven track record of hitting targets
• Experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading times
