We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Wholesale Merchandiser to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of brands and foster strong relationships with our wholesale partners. This role requires a proactive, solutions-driven approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be KPI-focused, with a deep understanding of product ranges and a passion for driving efficiency and profitability through process innovation and strategic planning.

Account Management:

  • Manage All Brands from a merchandising perspective: 4th & Reckless & The Frolic
  • Manage the wholesale sections of the range plan tool
  • Work in partnership with the Head of Sales – Strategy/ forecasting/ meeting packs
  • Maintain relationships with partners, meeting new partners & trading the product
  • Support partners trading stock and ensure rebuys are fulfilled
  • Work with production merchandiser to communicate delays & solutions to partners – ensuring ranges are sent at the right time, costs received, orders collected and raised on time
  • Work with Sales to receive product packs back
  • Responsible for all orders to be raised and delivered on time and the main contact for partners
  • Work very closely with Ecom to ensure negotiating costs based on order quantities and orders to be raised at the same time
  • Attend CP meetings where needed and ensure time efficient and solution focused
  • Report any concerns/ intake summaries to HoM & HoS with resolutions
  • Ensure all partners documents & bookings are done by the MAA
  • Management of the Wholesale 4th Rangeplan to ensure accurate [Ensuring MAA has logged all styles, customer qtys, all costs received back, status, & live intake dates] and work with the production merchandiser & MAA to ensure all raised

 

Processes/ Reporting:

  • Review & adapt current processes such as the range plan / customer buy sheets to make efficient and streamline ways of working
  • Arrange and lead customer meetings with the Head of Sales
  • Review best sellers and work with partners to maximise sales
  • Support ecom non-moving stock through wholesale avenues
  • Improve efficiency & processes constantly
  • Onboard new partners with ways of working and amend internal processes to support requirements
  • Report in weekly trade meetings
  • Work with HoM & HoS on Wholesale budgets

Team & Leadership

  • Drive projects for efficiency: EG onboard Joor and ensure it benefits the WS team
  • WS Strategy & analysis – work on lessons learnt/monthly packs / budget/ trade
  • Manage WS MAA & development
