This role will be based out of our Ancoats, Manchester office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our SEO strategy - focusing on technical excellence, organic growth, and visibility across our global audience. This isn’t just another SEO role - it’s a chance to own the search space for one of the most disruptive menswear brands out there.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive organic traffic, rankings, and revenue in line with business goals.
• Lead and execute key elements of the Organic Search strategy, reporting to the Head of Digital.
• Conduct in-depth technical, on-site, and off-site SEO audits to uncover growth opportunities.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and gap identification to fuel visibility.
• Optimise category, landing, and campaign pages with a customer-first mindset.
• Collaborate with Digital, Creative, Tech, Buying, and eComm teams to implement winning SEO strategies.
• Analyse competitors, market trends, and performance data to keep boohooMAN ahead of the curve.
• Support and mentor junior team members, sharing SEO knowledge and insights across teams.
• Partner with content and brand teams to deliver bold, creative campaigns that boost visibility and engagement.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Your Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven experience in an SEO role (in-house or agency), ideally within eCommerce or fast fashion.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO and best-in-class optimisation principles.
• Confident using tools like Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Botify, SEMrush, Sistrix, Ahrefs, and more.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Detail-obsessed, analytical, and data-driven - you turn insights into action.
• Excellent communicator and copywriter with a strong grasp of HTML and site structure.
• Up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new SEO technologies.
• A natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure and loves a challenge.
