About the Team:

You will be a part of The Beauty Tech Group’s Performance Marketing team, which is a part of the wider Digital team in the business. This is a global team who manage all day to day paid campaigns and activity in line with business priorities.  

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive with a keen interest in digital marketing to manage our key accounts and help oversee our growing performance marketing functionality as we expand further into the future.

You will report into the Performance Marketing Manager, working closely with the Global Performance Marketing Manager, to plan, implement and optimise paid media strategies to drive engagement, customer retention and conversions. You will be responsible for managing the day to day paid campaigns of key territories across all relevant paid media channels, including but not limited to: PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, Display and YouTube.

Responsibilities -

  • Ownership and development of the overall day to day implementation of campaigns across: PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, Display and YouTube.
  • Continually testing new creative, audiences, bidding strategies and customer journeys in order to meet conversion, acquisition and retention KPIs.
  • Analysing and optimising activity to ensure campaign spending is kept on track and key goals are being reached.
  • Building and presenting campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights to the wider marketing and trading teams.
  • Working closely with third parties like Google and Meta to drive opportunities and test new products.
  • Ensuring that all work is continually reviewed in terms of delivery and profitability.
  • Collaborating with the design teams to inform on specific paid creative requirements.
  • Staying up to date with platform and industry trends and sharing new opportunities.

 

Candidate Requirements

·      Previous experience working on paid media campaigns

·      Experience using Google Analytics and paid platforms, such as Google Ads, and Meta Ads, to review performance

·      Knowledge of tracking & tagging requirements/management

·      Able to think creatively to enhance campaign performance

·      A strong understanding of Google Ads and Analytics is required

·      Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal skills

·      Be detail orientated and think outside the box

·      Be a creative self-starter who is keen to share their own ideas

·      Strong analytical skills

·      Proficient in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel

·      Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to follow instructions, work both independently and as part of a team on projects
