About the role

As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Prime, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, ensuring people strategy directly supports business performance, growth, and long-term sustainability across a global, multi-jurisdiction environment.

You will partner closely with business leaders to shape organisational design, build leadership capability, and lead complex transformation initiatives. This role is critical in translating business priorities into pragmatic, scalable people solutions that drive measurable impact.

What you’ll be doing

You will work in close partnership with senior stakeholders to align people strategy to business priorities, providing both strategic direction and hands-on delivery across a broad range of people initiatives.

This includes leading organisational design and workforce planning, driving engagement and performance through leadership capability, and using data and insight to identify risks, opportunities, and targeted actions.

You will coach and challenge senior leaders, support talent and succession planning, and lead complex change initiatives such as restructures, acquisitions, and business transformation. Alongside this, you will play a key role in strengthening culture, driving engagement, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience across the business.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture professional who operates confidently at a senior level and brings both strategic thinking and delivery focus.

You will have strong experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, global or multi-jurisdiction environment, with a proven ability to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes through people strategy.

You will be commercially minded, data-literate, and comfortable navigating complexity, with strong judgement and the ability to balance challenge with collaboration. Experience in organisational design, transformation, and leadership coaching is essential.

  • Proven experience in a senior People Partnering / HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, global environment
  • Track record of influencing senior leaders and delivering business outcomes through people strategy
  • Strong experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and leading complex change initiatives
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions
  • Confident stakeholder management, with the ability to coach and challenge at senior level
  • Data-literate, using insight to drive decisions and action
  • Strong working knowledge of UK, US, and Canadian employment law, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent)
