We are looking to recruit a Senior HR Consultant to join our growing HR Consultancy team, with a focus on supporting clients across the education sector. This is a key role within the team, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality, pragmatic HR advisory service in a friendly and collaborative team. You will be using your knowledge and skills to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients. We are interested in developing people and allowing them the flexibility they need to excel in a role. You will partner with a diverse client base including schools, academies and other organisations, providing commercially aware, solutions-focused advice.
The opportunity
This role will suit an experienced HR professional, whether from an in-house, advisory or consultancy background, who is confident operating in a client-facing environment and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to join a Firm with an outstanding national reputation.
