About the Team:
Our Marketing team drives brand growth and customer engagement worldwide. Alongside our CRM, social and brand teams, the Community function is focused on creating meaningful, two-way conversations with customers, building advocacy, and ensuring our products are supported by real voices and insights.
About the Role:
As a Senior Community Executive, you’ll be the voice of TBTG across key online spaces, from Reddit and forums to focus groups and communities. You’ll manage conversations, build authentic relationships and surface customer insights that help shape our marketing, product and customer experience strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and managing our presence on Reddit, forums and online communities, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely responses.
• Developing strategies to grow and engage communities, encouraging advocacy and peer-to-peer support.
• Planning and running customer focus groups to test concepts, gather feedback, and deepen understanding of customer needs.
• Proactively sourcing and managing before & after customer testimonials, ensuring they are authentic, compliant and usable across multiple channels.
• Collecting, analysing and presenting customer insights to the wider business, feeding into product development and brand messaging.
• Collaborating with CRM, social and brand teams to amplify customer stories and surface trends.
• Monitoring community sentiment and reporting on key themes, issues and opportunities.
• Acting as an internal advocate for the customer voice, helping the business stay close to what really matters to them.
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in community management, customer insights or social engagement roles.
• Hands-on experience managing Reddit, forums, or online communities.
• Skilled at facilitating conversations and moderating discussions in a professional but human way
• Experience acquiring and curating customer testimonials, case studies or UGC (before & afters a strong plus).
• Strong analytical skills – able to analyse feedback and spot trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a natural ability to build rapport online and offline.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with marketing, product and customer service teams.
• Organised and proactive.
• A passion for beauty, wellness or consumer brands is a plus.
