<\/p><\/span>An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Security Officer to join our established security team on our prestigious contract with a national logistics company Ceva,<\/span><\/span> Based at East Midland Gateway..<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/span>The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum. You will be required to provide a high level of customer service to visitors to the site, complete patrols and remain vigilant at all times.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/span><\/span>Duties include:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- <\/span><\/span>Protecting the client’s property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and site -specific procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span>Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders of policy and procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span>Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner to the Control Room/ Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious incidents<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span>Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span>Maintaining organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span>Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span>Acting as a first line support to customers and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span>Understanding the needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and requests and take appropriate action<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Maintaining professional conduct at all times.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Full 5 -year employment checkable history<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Valid frontline SIA licence DS or SG<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Flexible to meet the job requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Smart appearance and be well -groomed<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Reliable and punctual<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- High level of enthusiasm and passion<\/span><\/span><\/span>
