We’re now looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Manchester team — someone who can bring structure, clarity, and commercial rigour to how we win and manage business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to sales, finance, and large-scale technology projects.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit at the heart of our commercial engine — supporting both new business bids and existing customer engagements.

• Support the development of pricing models and commercial proposals
• Help structure and manage bids, tenders, and sales activities
• Work closely with sales, finance, and delivery teams on project costing and accounting
• Track and analyse commercial performance across projects and accounts
• Bring consistency and structure to sales processes, documentation, and reporting
• Help ensure deals are commercially sound and financially viable

• An analyst who enjoys working with numbers and people

What we’re looking for

• Experience in sales ops, finance, commercial, or analyst roles
• Strong numerical and analytical skills (comfortable with pricing, costs, margins)
• Highly organised — you bring structure where there isn’t any
• Confident working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
• Able to work across teams and communicate clearly

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Exposure to bids, tenders, or contract pricing
• Experience with project accounting or financial modelling
• Background in technology, SaaS, or infrastructure environments
