What you’ll be doing  

You’ll help our Sales & Marketing teams build awareness of our products and services, using our CRM and marketing channels to manage and communicate with a pipeline of leads. You’ll also: 

  • Support with the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns across email, social and digital channels 
  • Establish KPIs and report on campaign performance  
  • Provide day-to-day support for executing our campaigns through Hubspot, maintaining our database for accuracy and integrity  
  • Ensure the SMRS brand is accurately and consistently reflected across our sales and marketing comms  

 

You’ll be a Leader of self 

You take ownership of your work and deliver to a high standard. You stay curious, build your skills and look for ways to improve how things are done. You’re proactive, adaptable and focused on making a positive contribution to both the work and the people around you. 

We’re looking for someone who can effectively support our Sales & Marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. That means you’ll need to have:  

  • At least 18 months of experience in a marketing or sales admin role  
  • Proven experience of using a CRM tool, ideally Hubspot 
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations e.g. GDPR  
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.

2. If successful, you’ll have a short intro call with the Hiring Manager  

3. Next, you’ll have an interview with two of the SMRS team   

4. You may have a second interview if needed  

6. If successful, we’ll make you an offer
