The Challenge: Scale with a Purpose

Your challenge is to lead and inspire a talented team of experienced Account Executives and junior SDRs, helping them become the best versions of themselves. This is about building something sustainable, not just chasing short-

term wins. You’ll be a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. One day you’ll be in the trenches, coaching an SDR on prospecting, and the next you’ll be collaborating with Product on market insights or refining pipeline generation with Marketing.

You will solve complex problems at the intersection of people and process, creating a scalable, repeatable engine for growth in a technical, sophisticated market.

Who You Are: A Leader Who Builds
  • You are a driven, curious, and empathetic leader who inspires confidence and trust. You lead by example and find deep satisfaction in the success of your team.
  • An Experienced Sales Leader: You have 8-12 years of B2B sales experience, with 3-5 years in a management role, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity. You’ve moved beyond being a top performer to becoming an exceptional coach.
  • A Proven Team Builder: Your track record is defined by measurable impact. You’ve consistently exceeded team quotas (>120%), built teams from the ground up, and successfully coached SDRs into high-performing AEs.
  • A Commercial Strategist: You have a mastery of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and complex enterprise deal negotiation (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger). You make data-driven decisions balanced with pragmatic experience.
  • A Natural Collaborator & Communicator: You are an active listener who builds trust quickly. You present ideas with clarity, using data and storytelling to create an engaging narrative that invites discussion.
  • A Continuous Learner: You are passionate about your craft, constantly exploring sales methodologies, leadership theory, and cybersecurity trends. You actively seek and welcome feedback as a tool for growth.
