Residential Support Worker (Childrens Residential)
Salary: up to £30,000 per year + £50 per sleep-in
Location: Chesterfield
Contract/Hours: Permanent / Full Time – 37 hours per week

A bit about the role
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll support young people with their emotional well-being, safety and day-to-day development. You'll help them build confidence in essential life skills through guidance, routine and positive relationships. The role involves following care plans, managing behaviours, promoting independence and ensuring a safe, supportive environment at all times. Will also work with other professionals and maintain accurate records of progress.

Assessing, reviewing, planning, and providing a 24/7 care service in line with regulatory requirements.
About the Service
Our Chesterfield service is a brand-new residential home, and we’re building a passionate team ready to welcome up to four children and young people (up to 18 years) with physical and learning disabilities.
