A Day-in-a-Life of our Regional Manager - Northern England
This role isn't just about managing, it's about building a team that consistently wins.
You start the week reviewing how your team's book of business is tracking, retention, deal quality, and where revenue is at risk. There are eight account managers looking to you for direction, coaching, and the occasional tough conversation. One of them has a venue escalation that's been dragging; you step in, assess the situation, and help them close it out.
By mid-week, you're in a planning session with Sales and Marketing. You know the North UK better than anyone in that room, which postcodes are underperforming, where demand outpaces supply, and which venue segments are churning. You turn that on-the-ground knowledge into clear direction that shapes where the team focuses next.
The rest of the week is a mix of pipeline reviews, one-on-ones with your AMs, and working through a handful of commercial decisions that need your sign-off. You keep your team motivated, accountable, and moving.

Northern England will be EatClub's highest-performing market. Your team will be one of the most engaged and productive in the business. Sales will trust your read on the market and build their plans around it.
