ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for supporting the Manchester office team with general office administration and providing a well-organised reception service to external clients, visitors, and employees. This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week where it is required for you to work in the office Monday to Friday.
The key purpose of this role is to be the main point of contact for any office queries and to support our internal teams deliver seamless business operations. You will act as a problem solver, team player and use your initiative to maintain the office environment ensuring it is well stocked and a great setting to work from.
WHAT MATTERS MOST IN THIS ROLE
A key role will be to deliver exceptional communication with internal and external parties, manage the busy incoming phone line, take accurate meeting minutes, and organise internal and external meetings.
In additional you will help to organise office events, mange the meeting room booking system, organise working lunches where necessary, as well as managing the petty cash and reconciling receipts before sending to our accounts team. You will also be required to offer any support to the surveying teams as needed such as providing keys to contractors.
A high level of attention to detail will be required in preparing documents and reports.
