ROLE OVERVIEW

 

We are a fast-paced and dynamic company that values innovation, teamwork and excellence. You will be the face of our company, greeting visitors and providing them with a warm and friendly welcome to create positive first impression. You will assist with managing our front desk, supporting our visitors and colleagues as well as ensuring our workspace is well stocked, clean and well maintained at all times, reporting any issues.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·       Front of House excellence: You will be the first point of contact to welcome our visitors and colleagues

·       Co-ordination of meeting room bookings

·       Placing lunch orders/other catering requests as required

·       Provide refreshments for meetings when required

·       Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times

·       Monitor and replenish office supplies including stationery, refreshments and other essentials

·       Hotel/travel reservations

·       Responding to Reception emails

·       Handle incoming and outgoing post including deliveries

·       Booking couriers as required

·       Assist with colleague engagement events as required

·       Assist with keeping records up to date

·       Ensuring all visitors/contractors are signed in and issuing visitor passes

·       Basic Health and Safety knowledge or willingness to learn

·       General office duties

·       Assisting the Facilities Manager and wider people team as required

Core hours for this role are 8am - 4.30pm however flexibility between 8am and 6pm is required.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Two stage competency and culture interview.

 

·       Previous experience in a similar role

·       People orientated with a friendly and approachable manner

·       Ability to multi task with keen attention to detail

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

·       Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks

·       Self-motivating, able to take initiative

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Proficient in Microsoft office suite

·       A passion for community engagement and a desire to create a welcoming environment for all

·       First aid/Fire marshal trained or willingness to learn
