Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative at our Swadlincote site.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating our production lines to form and shape steel lintels to exact specifications
• Accurately reading and interpreting production drawings
• Completing production and quality records with precision
• Maintaining tight tolerances and upholding our high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably with press brake operations
• A keen eye for detail and strong technical skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team ethic
• Punctual, dependable, and flexible—especially during peak production times

Shift Pattern – Afternoon Shift:

• Monday – Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• Friday: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
