We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Administrator to join our Pricing Team at Car Benefit Solutions. The role will be on a fixed term basis, for 9 months, to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will deliver all elements within the pricing function to provide accurate pricing for all CBS products, to meet company and client expectations

The salary range for this position is Β£22,000 - Β£25,000 per annum. This is a full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. The role operates on a hybrid work schedule, comprising three days at our office in Bury and two days from home. Please note that due to our extensive induction program, a higher expectation of office attendance will be required during the initial month.
Key Accountabilities:
- Management of the pricing email inbox ensuring all relevant information is shared with pricing coordinators and tasks created for actions required.
- Administer terms documentation ensuring consistent management across all schemes and Manufacturers, and scheduling timetable for review.
- Update Corporate customer support terms and update schemes with new vehicle derivatives.
- Review and sign off inbound price reconciliations within SLAβs, ensuring that agreed commercials achieved.
- Act as primary contact for inbound pricing queries for new vehicle invoices and volume related bonuses, escalating to pricing coordinators as required.
- Support Pricing Coordinators to ensure automotive pricing revisions are proactively managed and deadlines achieved.
- Refresh monthly pricing and manage choice list documents and archive within CRM.
- Administration of choice lists include bespoke requests from customers.
- Support with system testing include test quoting.
- Ensure all process documentation is up to date and maintained in line with system developments and general improvements.

- GCSEs grade C and above to include Maths & English

- Aβ level education Numerical based degree
