What you’ll do<\/b> Manage your own caseload of small–medium planning applications<\/b> (urban & rural). Advise clients and liaise confidently with LPAs / case officers<\/b>. Prepare reports, submissions and coordinate consultants. Build trusted relationships in a close -knit, supportive team<\/b>. Work transparently (including basic timesheets<\/b>) when remote. What we’re looking for<\/b> 2–4+ years’<\/b> town planning experience (public or private sector). Confident running applications end -to -end<\/b> and communicating with stakeholders. Organised, diligent, autonomous<\/b>; comfortable in a small -team environment. MRTPI (chartered) or working towards<\/b> strongly preferred (not essential). Strong written/verbal skills and a collaborative mindset. Working pattern & location<\/b> Hybrid:<\/b> 2 office days<\/b> per week (20 mins from West Sheffield by road/train). 3–5 days per week<\/b> considered (role ideally condensed hours into 4 days<\/b>). Flexible hours (e.g., condensed days / around childcare). Occasional London meetings (many are virtual). Package<\/b> Salary guided at early–mid/late £30Ks<\/b>, up to ~£40K<\/b> for those near/recently chartered or with strong experience.
