THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support one of our Co-Founders/Executive Board Members, with additional light-touch support to the other Co-Founder/Executive Board Member.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a fast-paced, senior environment. We are open to Junior PAs or individuals with limited experience who are keen to learn, develop, and take on responsibility.
The role is based out of our Central Manchester office, 5 days a week.
THE CHALLENGE
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys being at the centre of a dynamic business. While you’ll have the support of a wider PA network, you’ll need to be confident working independently, building relationships across teams, and acting as a trusted extension of the Co-Founders.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple commitments, including internal leadership meetings, external engagements, and Non-Executive Board responsibilities
- Coordinating Board meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agenda collation, and preparation of materials
- Providing light-touch diary and administrative support to the second Co-Founder as required
- Organising UK and international travel (flights, trains, accommodation, visas, etc.), ensuring seamless and efficient itineraries
- Supporting attendance at events, conferences, and networking engagements, including preparation of briefing packs and on-the-day coordination where needed
- Preparing presentations, agendas, briefing documents, and research packs ahead of meetings and events
- Supporting meetings with note-taking and tracking follow-up actions where required
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and the wider PA network
- Meeting and greeting visitors and stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Processing expenses and invoices promptly
- Drafting internal communications and correspondence
- Acting as a key point of contact for the office and external contacts
- Managing a blend of business and personal tasks, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is used effectively
- Supporting ad hoc projects as required
- Offering flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Some experience as a Personal Assistant (we welcome Junior PAs or those early in their career)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to prioritise and re-prioritise in a fast-moving environment
- Confident working independently while collaborating with wider teams
- Strong communication skills and professional approach
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities
WHY APPLY
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Co-Founders and gain exposure at the board level, while developing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
If you’re ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take the next step in your PA career, we’d love to hear from you.
