From helping with onboarding and inductions, to maintaining people records, answering people-related questions, assisting in the day-to-day management of our office (campus) and everything in-between. It will be fast-paced and varied. You’ll gain lots of exposure to different elements of HR across all areas of the business and help support our People Managers with their people strategy. Enjoying plenty of on-the-job training and support, we’ll even sponsor you to complete your CIPD qualifications once you pass your probation.
You should love people, be a great communicator and a friendly team player. Positive and ambitious, it’s important that you’re interested in everything to do with HR and are driven to develop your career in this area. Ideally, you’ll have a HR degree or a business degree with HR modules. If not, then at least some experience gained in a relevant work environment is required.
