Part-Time Sales Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our store team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting day-to-day sales activity, and helping to maintain high store standards.

The Role

As a Part-Time Sales Assistant, you will be an ambassador for our brand. You will assist customers, maintain stock presentation, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment that puts the customer first.

You will:

• Provide excellent, personalised customer service at all times

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product knowledge and style advice

• Operate the till accurately and follow cash handling procedures

• Maintain a tidy, well-presented sales floor and fitting rooms

• Replenish stock and assist with stockroom organisation and stock counts

• Support promotional activity and visual merchandising standards

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store targets

Hours & Location

This is a part-time position with a flexible rota including evenings and weekends. Exact hours will be discussed at interview and scheduled to meet store needs.

About You

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, proactive, and a good team player. You will be enthusiastic about fashion and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll bring:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner

• Attention to detail and pride in presentation

• The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
