We develop paid social media campaigns that connect with people and spark positive action in the UK and around the world. You’ll make sure they deliver real impact by:

  • Contributing to everything from generating ideas and developing content to activation, measurement and optimisation 
  • Understanding your clients and their brand guidelines
  • Producing regular reports and analysis
  • Becoming a main source of knowledge on a dedicated social channel
  • Carrying out social listening
  • Following and sharing best practices.

To make an impression, you’ll need to combine a passion for social with experience in setting up, optimising and running paid campaigns across all social channels. A broad knowledge of social channels is important too, as is a solid understanding of employer, education and youth marketing. Things move quickly here, so you’ll also need an adaptable and proactive approach to your work.
