To make an impression, you’ll need to combine a passion for social with experience in setting up, optimising and running paid campaigns across all social channels. A broad knowledge of social channels is important too, as is a solid understanding of employer, education and youth marketing. Things move quickly here, so you’ll also need an adaptable and proactive approach to your work.
