We are SMRS. A global brand, culture and communications business that believes opportunity should be open to all.

We open doors. For people, for ideas and for organisations ready to change for the better. We think bigger to challenge assumptions and explore new ideas. We give a damn about the work we do and the impact it makes. And we add colour to every project with our personalities and our collective thinking.

We’re also committed to creating a positive impact. From sustainability to social purpose, you’ll be part of a company that values diversity, champions inclusion and supports the world we’re helping to shape.

What you’ll be doing

In this varied role, you’ll help us to develop digital campaigns that connect with people and spark positive action. Making sure they perform to their very best, you’ll liaise with clients and colleagues across our business to deliver a great service that achieves measurable results for household-name organisations and prestigious education institutions. This will involve:

  • setting up, managing, optimising and reporting on Paid Search and Performance Media campaigns
  • creating and presenting digital reports and campaign analysis
  • producing detailed proposals for new campaigns
  • preparing on-site tracking and ad tagging.

You'll be a Leader of self

You will take ownership of your work and deliver to a high standard. You will stay curious, build your skills and look for ways to improve how things are done. You’re proactive, adaptable and focused on making a positive contribution to both the work and the people around you.

What you’ll bring

As a natural organiser with a strong interest in digital media and marketing, you’ll also need to have:

  • a real focus on quality, accuracy and creativity
  • proven relationship-building skills
  • an understanding of how to communicate complex ideas in a clear way
  • the ability to manage several projects at a time without losing focus
  • a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

What you’ll get

If you’re ready to secure your future in a positive, supportive environment, alongside all the policies and support you would expect, you’ll benefit from a package that includes 30 days' holiday, volunteering days, and opportunities for training and internal coaching. A salary of £26,228 per annum, depending on experience

Open to all

We believe that a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace makes us a stronger and more resilient company. We welcome people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and experiences and particularly encourage those from underrepresented and marginalised communities to apply. If you need any adjustments to our hiring process, such as extra time, alternative formats or support during interviews, please email people@smrs.co.uk to let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

What happens next?

Here’s an overview of our typical hiring process. We aim for it to take no more than three weeks from application to offer. This may change if needed, but we’ll keep you up-to-date.

1.    We’ll review your application.

2.    If successful, you’ll have a short intro call with the Hiring Manager.

3.    Next, you’ll have an interview with two of the SMRS team.

4.    You may have a second interview if needed.

5.    If successful, we’ll make you an offer.
