We’re looking for a Paid Media Assistant to join our PLT & boohoo Paid Media team. Reporting into the Paid Media Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of Paid Social and PPC activity, working alongside a team of specialists in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and marketing who wants to develop into a Paid Media specialist.

• Supporting paid media activity across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
• Assisting with the management of international accounts, working to agreed budgets and KPIs
• Reporting on performance and carrying out regular analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Building and trafficking ads across multiple platforms
• Reviewing creative performance and feeding insights into future campaigns
• Conducting ongoing competitor analysis
• Proactively contributing to meetings and collaborating with internal teams and external partners

• A genuine passion for fashion, marketing, and Paid Media
• Strong attention to detail with a creative eye
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills
• Solid numerical, reporting, and analytical ability
• Eagerness to learn and grow within Paid Media
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
