About the Registered Manager’s role<\/span><\/b>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop comprehensive care plans<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Create a great team environment<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain high standards<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Deal with the operational and commercial aspects of the home<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
·         <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

About You<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Experience in a supervisory role<\/b> within children’s residential<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Level 3 in Children’s residential care<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Level 5 in Leadership in Management is preferred but not essential<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
