We are looking for a Part -Time Administrator to join our office team, helping manage documentation, compliance, and communication across our care services. This is a key role for someone who wants to contribute to the smooth running of a caring, local business.<\/span>

<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
  • Provide administrative support to the care staff, office staff and management team<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate and up -to -date records, including assisting with care plans, support plans, and risk assessments
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure all documentation meets CQC, GDPR, and internal compliance standards
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Liaise with care staff, service users, families, and external agencies professionally and promptly
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Manage information across multiple software systems, ensuring accuracy
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Essential Requirements<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/h3>
    • Minimum <\/span>3 years’ experience<\/span><\/b> in health and social care / support work, preferably with outreach or community care experience
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Full UK driving licence, and access to your own vehicle 
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Local to Swadlincote or able to commute reliably
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Good understanding of care plans, support plans, and care documentation
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Confident using multiple IT and digital systems
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Willingness to study further and develop professionally
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Genuine interest in health and social care and supporting local communities
      <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
