Mortgage Administrator - Full or Part Time - Glossop

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full or Part Time (5 Days) experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an incredibly highly successful partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation who are based in Glossop.

Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business consisting of 7 mortgage and protection advisors alongside an admin support team.

The firm are looking to grow their business still further with a further addition to their excellent Mortgage Administration team. 

The role is Full Time or Part Time but over 5 days - No weekends

Suggested Part time Hours are Mon - Fri 9am til 3 pm

The role is office based in Glossop

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers / lenders.

We are looking for an absolute minimum of 2 years administration experience. Ideally we are looking for an individual with some financial services experience but this isn't crucial as full training would be provided.

Competitive salary package of £25,000 FTE DOE negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails
• Submission of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

• A minimum of 2 years administration experience.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
