About your new role:

As part of our exciting growth, we’re on the lookout for a talented Marketing Executive to join our vibrant Marketing Team. You will be responsible for leading the execution of marketing campaigns which will make us a recognised brand in supply chain sustainability and risk management software. You will work with our outstanding in-house creatives to plan, deliver and report on campaigns across digital platforms, public relations and events.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive, you will be required to undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day to day activities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution
    • Driving the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, and advertising.
    • Leading on lead-generation campaigns, as well as analysing the performance of these campaigns and initiatives to understand the effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and create reports and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
    • Supporting the development of marketing materials, conducting competitor analysis and market research.
    • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets for various marketing and sales initiatives including campaigns, events, product launches, and website development.
    • Working closely with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline, deliver mutual value, and expand brand equity within partnerships.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success to develop tailored content, including guides, playbooks, and customer-facing resources, that improved onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Collaboration
    • Communicating and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of marketing programmes.
    • Providing input to designers and copywriters within the Marketing function to develop marketing collateral and content.

To be successful for this role, you will ideally meet these requirements:

  • You will be a versatile self-starter who will be involved in a variety of diverse marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • A creative mindset, good visual eye, and a passion for marketing.
  • An analytical mindset to interpret data and optimise campaigns effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-oriented approach.
  • Essential: A Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Desirable: A role specific qualification, such as DMI or CDMP.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, Photoshop, or Adobe Suite is preferred.
