Salary - from £13.50per hour + market leading commission

As a Trinny London Makeup Artist, you will deliver personalised makeup consultations and treatments, create flawless looks, and provide exceptional customer service in line with our mission to demystify makeup and skincare. Bring your artistry skills and product knowledge to a fast-paced, supportive environment and help customers rethink their beauty routines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct makeup consultations and applications for both pre-booked appointments and walk-in customers.
  • Offer expert advice on product selection and usage based on individual customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of display, hygiene, and product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and education teams to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in makeup and skincare to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Create a welcoming and inspiring environment encouraging customer loyalty and engagement.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Previous experience in retail or as a professional Makeup Artist, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
  • Strong passion for makeup, skincare, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to cover retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism.
