Lead Systems & Integration Consultant

Role Summary  

Provide senior leadership across systems and integration delivery, combining technical expertise, architecture design, advisory consulting and programme oversight to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

The Role 

Lead systems and integration engagements across delivery and advisory contexts, shaping architecture, guiding implementation and ensuring alignment to partner needs. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Lead systems and integration delivery across complex programmes  

• Define system architecture, integration patterns and technical approaches  

• Lead advisory and discovery work on system landscapes and integration challenges  

• Ensure alignment between systems, integrations and programme delivery  

• Oversee delivery, testing, cutover and implementation  

• Engage senior stakeholders and represent PACT with vendors and partners  

• Line manage and develop consultants within the capability  

• Contribute to capability development, tools and methods  

• Support account growth, proposals and pre-sales activity

• Strong experience in systems implementation and integration delivery  

• Experience leading complex system or integration programmes  

• Strong understanding of architecture, APIs and integration patterns  

• Experience in advisory and discovery engagements  

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills  

• Experience leading and developing teams  

Desirable: 

• Higher education or enterprise systems experience (SIS, ERP, CRM)  

• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks  

• Consultancy or transformation experience
