We’re looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our growing team of Sales Representatives. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to build a strong foundation in sales, with a flexible schedule, uncapped earning potential, and a supportive, sociable team environment.

You’ll be out and about in London and at exciting events across the country, meeting people face-to-face, sharing the joy of regular flower deliveries, and converting them into loyal customers. You’ll also be riding our eye-catching e-bikes, so confidence on two wheels is essential!

✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • Confident riding an e-bike (electric bike)

  • A people person — friendly, articulate, and ready to chat

  • Ambitious and financially motivated

  • Strong communicator with a can-do attitude

  • Previous sales experience a bonus, but not essential

  • UK driving licence is a plus (not required)

💼 What This Role Offers:
  • Real-world sales experience: Develop and master negotiation, objection handling, and persuasion techniques through live customer interactions.

  • Uncapped commission: The harder you work, the more you earn. Daily OTE: £90 – £280+.

  • Weekly pay, one week in arrears.

  • Complete sales training: Get fully up to speed with our in-depth, hands-on training program designed to help you succeed quickly.

  • Flexible shifts: Be in control of your own schedule — choose 3+ shifts a week, Wednesday–Sunday.

  • Team culture: Work alongside a positive, high-energy team with regular socials and events.

  • Travel & variety: Attend festivals, pop-ups, and vibrant locations across Manchester and the north.
