Interpath Advisory is a financial advisory business built on agility and independence. We exist to help our clients navigate their most difficult challenges and seize transformational opportunities. Since our transition from KPMG in 2021, we have grown into the UK’s largest independent restructuring team, expanding globally and diversifying across deal advisory, M&A, and transaction services.

At Interpath, our culture is defined by our four core values:

  • Do the right thing: We make the right decisions, not just the easy ones.

  • Embrace different: From cultures to mindsets, we welcome all perspectives.

Insolvency:

  • Interact with the appointees, appointers, directors, creditors, employees, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare correspondence, including emails, letters and reports, for third parties including directors, creditors, and statutory bodies.
  • Assist with investigations into the conduct of directors and understand the reasons for insolvency.
  • Learn about statutory and Interpath best practice requirements.
  • Interact with the appointees, appointers, directors, creditors, employees, and other relevant stakeholders.
