We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leadership — driving growth, innovation, and cultural transformation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business growth.
  • Build talent pipelines and enable leadership capability.
  • Champion employee experience through engagement, wellbeing and culture.
  • Navigate complex employee relations and drive risk management.
  • Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Shape recruitment strategies that attract diverse, high-performing talent.
  • Deliver HR learning interventions to upskill leaders.
  • Continuously improve HR processes with an agile mindset.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a commercially focused HR role.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, talent, and succession planning.
  • Proven ability in complex ER case management (disciplinary, dismissal, tribunal).
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills to turn insights into action.
  • Confident communicator and influencer at senior levels.
  • Passion for driving change and building culture.
