Your key duties will include greeting customers, providing them with necessary information about our vehicle inventory, and addressing their questions to enhance their experience. Your goal is to ensure that every customer interaction is memorable and reflects the high standards of service that LSH Auto is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers upon arrival and assist them with enquiries.
• Provide detailed information about our vehicles and dealership services.
• Keep the reception and showroom areas tidy and professionally presented.
• Support the sales team by coordinating appointments and facilitating communication.
• Collect customer feedback to help improve service and overall experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive demeanour and a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Basic computer literacy.
