Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? LSH Auto is seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our dynamic team at our flagship dealership in Stockport. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our dealership, ensuring every customer feels valued from the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, providing them with information about our stunning range of vehicles, and assisting with all aspects of their experience in our showroom. By creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, you will help set the stage for a seamless customer journey, contributing to our commitment to outstanding service.

Hours - 40 (including weekends)

Salary - Up to £27,010 dependant on age

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership.
• Provide information about vehicle inventory, services, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment in the reception and showroom areas.
• Coordinate appointments and assist guests in connecting with sales staff.
• Collect and respond to customer feedback to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role; automotive experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment with professionalism.
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
